The contract to purchase a product or products is made when DPB Trading Ltd has received your submitted shopping cart form and has confirmed, via email, acceptance of your order(s).  This contract is legally binding in accordance with UK law.

Stock
All goods remain the sole property of DPB Trading Ltd until such time they have been paid for in full.
DPB Trading Ltd will not be held responsible for any cost or liability incurred by you as a result of a specific product not being available at a specific time.

 

Substitutions
All stock items are subject to availability and may differ from the image(s) displayed.  We will always try and *substitute with a similar product(s) if the stock is unavailable to dispatch. (*unless you contact us prior to dispatch)

Possible stock errors can occur and be out of stock of the product(s) you have ordered, as such we will then contact you via email to enquire if you would like a substitution or refund.

Back Orders
Back orders are automatically created if you order an item that is shown as ‘out-of-stock’ on the Website.

 

When we receive the product, we notify you by email and ship it to you promptly.

Back-ordered products usually come into stock 7 – 10 days but can occasionally take longer.

If you live outside the UK, then DPB Trading Ltd will not dispatch back ordered products due to the prohibitive cost of shipping.

 

Your order will be adjusted with back ordered products removed and the balance of your order dispatched  immediately.
 

Drop Shipping
We do not use third party distributors to expedite our product(s), all stock is expedited directly by ourselves.
 

Customs & Import taxation
If you order from outside the UK, you may be subject to import duties and taxes, levied once the package reaches your country. Any additional charges must be borne by you; DPB Trading Ltd has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.

Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. Additionally, you are considered  the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the products. It is your responsibility to know the laws of your country and community as they apply to adult products. We will not be held responsible nor will we issue credit or refunds for items seized by the customs service of any country.

Customer
We request information from the user in our shopping basket. Here a user must provide contact information (name and shipping address) and financial information (credit card number and expiration date). This information is used for invoicing purposes and to fulfil customer's orders. If we have trouble processing an order, this contact information is used to get in touch with the user.

You may become a registered customer, in which case we will save the information you have provided. This will enable you to use the site without retyping your information.​

Returns
You have the right to return your unwanted goods to us within a 14 day period from receiving the goods for a full refund or exchange minus our initial shipping charges and/or reshipping charges, as long as the the goods are in a perfect, resaleable condition and the tamper security seals have not been broken.

 

We adhere to the Consumer Regulations Act 2015 & unlike many other online retailers we do not quibble or make the returns process difficult in any way, If your goods arrive with any defect or fault you must inform us within a 7 day period of receipt of goods.

 

If your product develops a material tear or a technical fault within a 30 day period from date of receiving goods, you may return for a full refund or exchange (please note this does not apply to goods that have been mishandled and/or used incorrectly).

Returning goods with the exception of faulty goods is at buyers own expense, we also reserve the right to charge for our initial postage costs.

An RMA "Returns Merchandise Authorisation" number must be acquired before returning any goods, goods that are returned without obtaining this will be refused, this is due to possible security and hygiene risks.

Returned items must be sent via a tracked service as proof of return.

 

Refunds for cancelled order(s) If you cancel your order and have paid using a debit/credit card via Square payment provider we reserve the right to deduct the card processing fee (1.1% to 2.7% dependant on destination of country) please allow up to 5 working days to receive your refund.
 

Delivery
All order(s) are expedited same working day via DPD® if ordered before 15:00 GMT otherwise your order will be processed and dispatched the next working day.  Any missing item(s) must be reported to customer services within a 48 hour period  from date of receiving goods.

Excess shipping charges may apply due to excessive weight(s) and/or destination of the country.

You must notify us within a 14 day period if your goods have not been delivered.
 

Refused / Returned goods
If your goods are returned to us as insufficient or incorrect address stated by customer or goods are refused by customer there will be a returns fee:-   UK £9.95 GBP, ROW 39.95 GBP these charges reflect the actual cost incurred from the courier company.

Price Promise
We will beat any price and enclose a free gift within your order.  The product(s) must be identical i.e brand, colour, size, SKU etc and brand new in retail packaging.  Offer excludes competitors products that are marked for clearance, selling via online auctions or marketplace listings.  The online retailer must be located within the United Kingdom and be company registered and VAT registered business.

Taxation
As from 01.01.2021 post brexit, EU customers will not be charged VAT by ourselves - you will be responsible for taxes and/or duties in your country.

USA, CAN & ROW are not charged tax by ourselves - you will be responsible for taxes and/or duties in your country

dimensions are not obtainable unless laser scanned, also weight varies according to firmness selected.
